Kagura CLI commands

Every `kagura` subcommand has its own page. Start with `kagura run` to boot the server; `kagura doctor` is what to reach for when something looks off.

📄️run

Start the Kagura server (Kestrel on :5253) and serve the embedded React UI.

📄️open

Open the Kagura UI in your default browser, spawning the server first if nothing is listening.

📄️doctor

Diagnose whether the current machine is set up to run Kagura — claude CLI, git, gh, state dir, port, and database.

📄️version

Print the installed Kagura version and exit.
